In this week's Bible lesson, I want to reflect on God's unconditional love , His mercy, and the importance of walking in the Spirit. May these truths inspire your relationship with the Lord. 📖 Jeremiah 31:3 "The Lord appeared to him from far away. I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore I have continued to extend faithful love to you." God’s love is eternal and unshakable . Regardless of who we are or what we’ve done, God continues to draw us close to Him with mercy and grace. We all fall short of His glory, but His arms remain open. It is by His grace that we find restoration. 📖 Galatians 6:1 "Brothers and sisters, if someone is caught in a sin, you ...

The Power of Truthfulness: A Biblical Perspective

Praise the Lord! What a beautiful Sunday morning it is! Though the sun is out, the air is crisp, and we are reminded of the goodness of God. We thank Him for another opportunity to gather in His name and reflect on His word. Today, I want to talk about truthfulness —what it means to be true to ourselves, to others, and most importantly, to God. The Importance of Truthfulness Truthfulness is about being honest and sincere in all aspects of our lives. It means refraining from gossip, slander, and deceit. As Christians, we are called to reflect the truth of Christ in our words and actions. What the Bible Says About Slander and Gossip Proverbs 20:19 – "Whoever goes about slandering reveals secrets; therefore do not associate with a simple babbler." Gossip and slander are destructive forces. The Bible warns us not to associate with those who spread falsehoods. When we engage in gossip, we not only harm others but also damage our own integrity. James 1:26 – "If anyone thi...

Praise the Lord, Everyone! We thank God for this beautiful day, for His grace, and for all the blessings He has given us. God is good—all the time! This is Pastor Sandoval from Christ the Rock New Life Center Ministries , and today I want to share a message of encouragement . Encouragement is something we all need, whether we are facing trials, feeling overwhelmed, or simply needing a reminder that God is with us . Many struggle with anxiety, fear, and uncertainty , but the Word of God provides the strength and reassurance we need. The Battle with Anxiety Consternation is a feeling of anxiety and fear , and many people—including Christians—struggle with it. Anxiety can make you feel like you're trapped in a four-cornered room , unable to escape. But let me tell you something: You are not alone. 🔹 Romans 8:37 reminds us: "We are more than conquerors through Him that loved us." What does it mean to be more than a conqueror ? It means that before any problem even com...

The Shadow of His Strength: A Reflection on Faith and Perseverance

Image
Praise the Lord! On this blessed Sunday evening, we come together to give thanks to God for His greatness and faithfulness. As Pastor Sandoval of Christ the Rock New Life Center Ministry, I welcome you to this reflection on The Shadow of His Strength —a study on God’s protection, provision, and presence in our lives. Fear and Uncertainty in the World As the world changes and uncertainty grows, many people are overwhelmed with fear. The worries of life—economic struggles, rising costs, and the unknown future—can leave us feeling anxious. Many ask, “What will become of me in the next ten years?” The truth is, none of us know what the future holds, but we do know who holds our future. The Bible teaches us not to worry . Psalm 23:1 reminds us: “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.” God is our provider. He knows our needs, and He will supply everything for us. There is no reason to fear when we walk in His presence. Instead of worrying about tomorrow, we must place our trust in Him...

A Bible Study Reflection by Pastor Sandoval Praise the Lord, everyone! This is Pastor Sandoval from Christ the Rock New Life Center Ministries , and I am blessed to share today’s Bible study with you. Remembering a Faithful Servant Before we begin, I want to take a moment to honor the life of a dear friend, Reverend Bernardo Cruz , who passed away two days ago. For over 40 years , he faithfully served the Lord, dedicating his heart and life to ministry. While his passing is sorrowful, we rejoice knowing that he is now in the presence of God . Please keep his family in your prayers for comfort and peace. Genesis 28:17 – The House of God "And he was afraid and said, 'How awesome is this place! This is none other than the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven.'” – Genesis 28:17 Jacob had an encounter with God that changed his life forever. In his vision, he saw the gate of heaven , and he realized the sacredness of where he stood. Like Jacob, we too must recognize ...

Facing Giants with Faith: A Message from Pastor Johnny Sandoval Jr.

Praise the Lord, everyone! Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. It’s a blessing to share this message with you on this wonderful Saturday, January 18. I pray this message brings encouragement to your heart as we reflect on God’s Word and His power in our lives. Recently, I had the joy of spending time with my dear friend Bishop King and his wife in Pismo Beach. We shared a wonderful dinner, celebrated our anniversaries, and spent time in prayer and a brief Bible study. Moments like these remind me of the importance of fellowship and the strength we gain from coming together in God’s presence. Overcoming Giants in Our Lives Today, I want to talk about "Giant Slayers." Every one of us faces giants in life—challenges that seem insurmountable, trials that test our faith, and struggles that threaten to pull us down. As Christians, we must remain vigilant and prepared because the enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). But here’s the good news: God gives us...
